Behavioural Support

BASED IN KENT & SURREY

I work with dogs using positive reinforcement and kindness because I truly believe that’s the best way for dogs to learn and feel safe. My goal is to help you and your dog understand each other better, whether you’re looking to teach the basics, build confidence, or work through a specific behaviour issue. Every dog is different, so I take the time to get to know both of you and tailor the training to your needs. If you choose to work with me, you’ll get more than just a training plan—you’ll get support, encouragement, and someone who genuinely cares about your dog’s wellbeing and your relationship with them.

Working together

Is your puppy adorable, cuddly, and sweet—until the witching hour hits and they turn into a tiny shark with endless energy?

Has your adolescent dog suddenly forgotten their name, decided other dogs are far more interesting than you, and started vanishing halfway across the park?

Are you confused about why your dog has started digging up the garden, barking at cars, or not in love with the vet?

You're not alone, and you're not doing anything wrong. I'm here to help you make sense of these behaviours and work through any challenges you're facing. It can feel overwhelming at times, but with the right support and understanding, it absolutely gets easier.

Training Support

Ongoing Training and adolescence can be challenging for dogs—and for you.

Sometimes we can get complacent and training can slip if we forget to keep up our training, Our dogs go through big changes. You might notice they suddenly “forget” their training, get more easily distracted, test boundaries, or react more strongly to things they used to take in stride. It’s not your imagination—this can happen and you’re not alone. We’ve all been there. During times like this we need to understand and offer support to our dogs.

That’s where I come in.

I offer ethical, reward-based training to help problem solve and re-boost your training.

Together, we’ll work on:

  • Strengthening basic manners and life skills

  • Building focus and calmness in distracting environments

  • Navigating challenges like overexcitement, and pulling on lead

  • Encouraging good choices and self-control without force or fear

I won’t promise “quick fixes.” What I do promise is kind, science-based support that helps both you and your dog feel more confident and connected. These stages can be tricky—but you don’t have to go through it alone.

Adolescence can be a challenging time—for both dogs and their humans! My ethical training sessions for adolescent dogs are designed to support you through this tricky stage with kindness, patience, and science-backed methods. As your dog navigates big changes in brain and body, behaviours like ignoring cues, pulling on the lead, or overreacting to distractions can start to emerge. Through positive reinforcement and tailored training plans, I’ll help you build focus, strengthen your communication, and guide your dog toward calm, cooperative behaviour. Whether you choose one-to-one sessions or are looking for ongoing support, we’ll work together to bring out the best in your teenage dog—without pressure, punishment, or confusion.

If you're ready to support your dog through these training hurdles, let’s chat.
